Amazing Massage Experience

I just finished a 70-minute hot stone massage at Rosa Hotel & Spa, and it was very nice! The ambiance was relaxing, and both my wife and I left feeling rejuvenated. Their attention to detail was shown in how they even offered us a tip sheet at the end, which shows the professionalism of their staff. Definitely a highlight of our stay!

Delicious Breakfast Options

During my 4-night stay, I loved the breakfast at Rosa Hotel & Spa! The selection was primarily Vietnamese, which was a fantastic way to start my day. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

I had a quite unfortunate experience during my stay. While the hotel was well-located, that was about the only positive. The room I received had serious cleanliness and maintenance issues, and the service from the staff was far from satisfactory. The breakfast options were also limited and unappealing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was given a substandard room that was poorly maintained and unclean. The staff's rudeness and the unsatisfactory breakfast options made my experience even worse. On a positive note, the location was central, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.
